For anyone interested in playing mycareer but you want accessories for your myplayer, there is a way to use created players in the create a legend mode. The mode was originally designed so that you can pick any nba player you want and play their career just like in my career. However (You’ll have to look up old videos on how to do this, because again it’s been a decade), you can somehow glitch the game to use a created player you make in the roster settings. You essentially add a created player to the roster and then just pick that player. You won’t need vc, because it will switch back to skill points and can change accessories (as mentioned in the video)

As a side note for the mycareer thing, all u got to do is create a player, put him on a roster and then look up a YT video but basically you’ll have ur player in Create-A-Legend instead of mycareer and it’s basically the same thing just without the interviews, that way you can control what overall ur guy is starting out, what team u want to play for, and the equipment u can change at any time. Also in CAL u still can do the same drills and upgrades as mycareer

The first one with Shaq on the cover for the 360 is the GOAT of ridiculous sports games. Defense was 1 stat and pulling a trigger stuck you to any player regardless of all other stats if a player’s defensive stat was high enough. Example. Shaq had the highest defensive rating and you could put him on Kobe, James, Melo, or anyone and they’re shut down. That’s the start.

I literally just downloaded NBA 2k13 on PC and got the final roster update to play this game. It's kind of made me appreciate some of the changes made by the modern 2K's. For example, the spacing on pick and rolls was all wrong in 2k13. Not the case in 2k24.

I was playing 2k13 recently, won the ROTY and the championship in my rookie season. You think the Thunder didn’t quite have the star power yet, second year they went crazy 😂 when I got to playing against them, they were 28-1, all three of Russ, Harden, and KD were top 5 in MVP. Russ got up to a 94 overall and KD a 97. They ended that game against us 28-2 though how ya doin
