My self care is also music, it’s how i manage to get through a work day. Am i supposed to be listening to music at work??? Mmmmno prob not, but cause of airpods, I can hide one earbud in and listen to music quietly as I get through the work day. Without it, i become sluggish, i start questioning my existence. Music is self care for the soul lmao
