Lyrics I had a good friend, In my hometown. Early this morning, They layed him in the ground... He was my brother, I won't tell You his name, He was a junky For Whiskey and Cocaine. Oh, no, He's dead an' cold, Don't Go down the Dead Man's Road! The Dead Man's Road! I hear You're out there, sayin: "It won't happen to me" 'Cause it feels good an that makes that So easy to believe. My friend was young an' strong, Like everybody else. I began to understand, When I got there myself... All the goodtime losers, They knew my name, Just small-time users, Waiting on a train... I danced with the Devil, He tried to get my soul, I didn't recognized him On the Dead Man's Road... Oh, no He's dead an' cold, Don't Go down the Dead Man's Road! The Dead Man's Road! I cheated on my woman, An' I cheated myself, I cheated my mother and my father, Everybody else. I came to know Jesus An' he saved my soul, Changed my direction, From the Dead Man's Road... Oh, no He's dead an' cold, Don't Go down the Dead Man's Road! The Dead Man's Road!

God bless you all. May the good Lord shield the good hearts and show those that are Toxic how to heal rather than harm. Never pray for another's demise. It's up to us to live our own life. And value it as well as the freewill given unto us. Judgement shall only be true when cast by he who made you.

I lost a friend this week. He died in jail to a massive heart attack. Blood pressure was through the roof from drugs. 6'5" 250lbs, never known nothing but the street life (in the rural form), but he was literally one of the smartest ppl I know. He lived a hard life. Hell, his mom died in a bar. Damn, I'm gonna miss Jake, he didn't have to die, but my brother lived a hard life on a fast road, that often comes to an end quickly.

I wish you and yours only the best. Often folks from the woods we know, some have so much soul, many that seem not to fit into the small hole we call colonial- it wasn't long ago, we had to answer for our own. Been to Yardville, Wharton, Rahway too. I was set up, then again that's what so many say- i proved it, and yet have also lost many I had become as second family. Was locked away with The Sin City Killer- only Thomas Trantino, he was hooked sure, and innocent of the 3 murders of the filthy Lodi scene. These were not real cops, as real cops, convicts, many of us, such the same, when I left I saw the guards wishing me well even the gangs in there- all told me, don't let 'em get ya' back in. Been moving around for years, until I was the only one left of my outside family. Some we get lucky, and I only wish we were more. What you say is wise, and moving "lived a hard life on a fast road, that often comes to an end quickly." Oh man, that is pure verse. I will think on your words a long while. You gotta a lotta heart man; be well...

@@christyjohnson9110 Warm greetings and vast appreciation for yours is such the same as the "automatic writing" hence internal wisdom, stated with extreme depth- yes dear Christy, hah! "An acquired taste." !!! I am prone to automatic writing. Now as well going on years as a Field Agent of Accords, balance comes by pen and sword. yet my causes forth and my passions for humanity, best lay the way for me, by my earnings. Funny as I really have no value for those "things" that can be counted- enumerated- thus limited. Here I share some of which I now speak, the automatic writing, usually better when I am "performing" hah! (as if I could do so at will, it is upon me beyond any thought of control!) I merely hope for you to enjoy, as it will take me a few reads- always to understand what it is I have written, spoken or otherwise created. I have a great son, Harley and funny is as funny does that this also applies to my fine young man- "beyond any thought of control" yet he is noble; takes me a few "reads" to understand, the depth of the "trippy" soul!!! With a smile for your own: Ahh, may be about the untimely loss of my most beloved, and the rising of the injured soul eternal. Be well! "RUMBLEFISH WINDSOCKS" Twisters rip and whispers the wind... raving, music, warmth in the wild, she waits beyond the rise; yonder to wander the bayou jaws in search of finding loss. To set sail 'tween the impossible, the hurricane winds, and the unusual, we find without when we dive so deep within. Come with me, tandem and notorious; subordination to no one to nothing! Fear no god, no beast or man! Swords be sharp and quickly drawn to defend the freedom from the oppression and the suffering. I love you to your core, soul to soul and lives into the evermore, though the strikes of these demons may just do us in- that in the end, we always do begin again to slay the countless soul-sucking types that only exist to quell the shine within, wrapped in blessed darkness we come cloaked in stealth on fire with passion for our love, for life, for the fight we have come to know, we are destined to win, for the original soul, we give our love, our lives, the blood stays on the blade as we have been for eternity free and made to roam and wander, to wonder yonder, to include us all as kith and kin, we wander, yes we wander, protect us all, from oppression of soul and fates of suffering. For life itself is love alive, such that we must dance, we must sing, we must be warriors born, to fight with fire, and with a fierce passion for loving. Rumblefish windsocks, free and furious, waving proud in the typhoon winds... then the ocean glows... a blood red crimson and thorny rose; then she comes to me, yes then she comes.... the ocean drums… the storm above an orchestra with a harp playing a saw, the syncopation, stimulation, we rock, we roll, smile for the refrain… Yes again, then she comes, yes she comes and she comes, she comes again… a beautiful and so fierce her wind, my ship she rocks, again she rocks… my rumblefish windsocks… free and furious; my rumblefish windsocks… ~ Qui natus es aeterna ~ By RaVen DaWn …otherwise (~Born Eternal~)

I had a fence post go through my head. I remember dying. In those last few seconds when you feel the life slipping from your body and you know it's your last few seconds...you don't think about the pain or the birthdays when it would rain or the constant sadness or never ending madness or the hearts you break or you're own heartache or the plentiful tears or your personal fears or the bottomless pit of guilt or the things you could have built or the ocean of regret or the things you couldn't get or the sin after sin after sin or making those choices again and again and again or the tale of strife or the Hell of a life that you did live you think "what did I give" and "who did I save" and "I'm happy I gave" and "the long talks at night" and " how i held onto the light" and "every good memory I've made " and " every time I got laid " and " I hope I helped the ones I love" and " I pray to The Lord above" and " every laugh and smile I gave" and "I wonder what it's like in a grave" Then you just fall away from it all. Like falling down a tunnel and everything gets further away. I stretched but never touched either side.i realized it was pointless to fight so I enjoyed the ride. I saw Death Itself. Although he wasn't exactly a skeleton in a cloak but an old wise man in robes as tall as an oak. I was standing next to my body and he stood on the other side. It was in a place that was very disorienting with nowhere to hide. Like a raging sandstorm or blizzard of the static on TV.I could barely feel it but it was very difficult to see. Only about 2 or three feet at any given time. I know, but I enjoy making it rhyme. The Reaper motioned for me to follow him. So I started walking with Ole Grimm. I walked in Death's shadow until. We came to a place that was truly surreal. I could not look up I was compelled to kneel. Judgement comes without appeal. The weight of my sin was all that I could feel. Then I was in Hell and the screams I hear still. Billions of souls screaming in pain. I was in Hell but I did not remain. I fell to my knees and began to cry. I watched as the tears fell from each eye. They pierced the veil of ash like freshly fallen snow. They whisped into steam against the coals hot glow. But then two tears collected and started to flow. I saw this tiny stream that God did bestow. I clasped my palms and bowed my head in prayer. The demons were a walking nightmare. With jagged iron masks soaked in blood all covered in rust. They had crooked smiles carved on them to gain your trust. They were made of sticks that did not burn i said in my head. I realize now they were actually bones instead. Nevertheless I could only bow my head. "God please send a hero to save me!" I said. That's when a gentle palm touched between my shoulders were I had broken my neck. You must understand that I was nearly decapitated in a car wreck. It spoke to me in a calm firm voice " LOVE EACH OTHER AND YOU SHALL ALL BE FREE" just then the ground shattered as if a meteor had struck. I fell back as if I was popped on a trampoline and thought "what the fuck!?!".....but there stood my grandfather tall and strong. He was y best friend and I missed him for so long. I had buried him years ago sadly...I screamed with everything in me " FAT DADDY!!!!" That is what I called him cuz I was his first grandson. With bending rays of light in the shape of wings and a Halo as orange as can be. He scooped me up and held me by his side. He said " Let's go rooster we got a long way to go". I replied as I pointed to the demons "those things will hurt me more though"... He stopped....and I felt his presence had changed...his eyes were so angry beyond deranged....he shook with rage....like a huge monster in a small cage....he stared at them and said in a tone that I can't describe ....**THEY WILL NOT!!** Like a Spartan he fiercely cried...then we walked out of Hell into a field of soft grass. We laid on our backs and talked as we let time pass. I had prayed so hard for so long to talk to him once more.... That's when archangel Michael appeared and opened a door. He said "there's still something you must do" I said "Fat Daddy can I stay with you?!?!" He said "No rooster you gotta go. Didn't God answer your prayer? You gotta pay what you owe. I'm so proud of you Rooster. But remember- Can't never could And A man is not valued by what he says He's only as good as what he does." Archangel Michael*-* " God told me to save you but that man got to you before even I was.." Then I woke up in the ICU with half my faceplate shattered and had to be replaced with titanium. Multiple brain bleeds and multiple fractures all around my skull. A broken neck and my sinus cavity was completely crushed. My eyes were swollen shut and I had a breathing tube only throat so I could not speak or see. I hurt some doctors because I started swinging out of instinct. They never told me where I was. Why I was there. Or anything. But then they tied my arms and legs to the gurny and left me there in pain I can't describe in words for over 24 hours of not seeing or speaking or moving...the only sounds were the beeps and whirls of Medical equipment and deafening silence... The pain still haunts me... that wreck happened on Valentine's day this year...they said I'll never walk talk or function normally and I'd lose my right eye....I walk and I talk and still got both my eyes... Point of all that is this.... God shelters and protects and loves and helps and saves the ones that suffer the most. "A good heart conquers ALL"- God Thanks for sharing your story though I'll pray for him 🙏💯😇 By the way...when I told this story in front of my family for the first time...my grandmother starting crying and was just so happy and at first I didn't know why. But she told me "Your Fat Daddy he'd you on the day you were born. He said you cried like a rooster krowd. And he said *It's alright roster you still got a long way to go*...and your Fat Daddy NEVER EVER CALLED YOU ROSTER AGAIN AND I'M THE ONLY PERSON ALIVE THAT HEARD HIM SAY IT..." No one has ever told me anything about him saying , those things.. I'm just thankful for my life and I'm grateful for God's mercy and love

I listened to this tragic song for the first time tonight and it spoke right to my heart and my tears almost started to fell. I had a young brother, his name we can leave be, only 28 years old and of course young and strong. A late Saturday-night in February me and my father got worried and we both had a bad feeling locking up the door to my brothers flat. And, oh no, he was dead and cold and I screamed in agony. For two days, all alone, dead and cold, my only bro, just hope you know, I loved, and love you, oh so....

This song planted the seed in my soul to find courage in myself to change. Years ago. Found it on youtube, could relate quite a bit. I went on a few years, ignoring the signs. Watching everyone I know disappear somehow, everyone I loved, gone. I chose to take steps, felt better. Life was so unorganized, hard to stay away from bad medicine. 3 years later after taking those steps. I listen to this song with a strong sentimental passion. Gods not done with me yet.🛐 DEUS VULT.

@wellingtongenaro75122 жыл бұрын
@maxcp7822 жыл бұрын

My cousin had a hard life. Allowed to drop out of school at sixteen. He was unceremoniously thrown out of the Marines. He was tickled pink by the drill sergeant. He said it reminded him of Gomer Pyle. He would fight until he won or could no longer rise up. He ate out of trashcans for subsistence. He got involved with a motorcycle gang that shall remain nameless. The gang served as the family he never had. He never knew his father. He was gone at 45 years. Cocaine and alcohol will tear a man up. He had a heart of gold. He was always good to my mother. Good song. I felt something.
