@DocSommer you're very welcome! It's so good to see them finally getting more recognition in the EU. I've been following their journey pretty much since their beginning. They supported SKUNK ANANSIE in 2011 or something. I fell head over heels on the spot. Saw the m 3 times in 2013 as a 3 piece. And they've become very dear friends over the years. Incredible what power they've unleashed since becoming a duo ✨️✨️✨️Absolutely rooting for these guys and I think 2024 / 2025 will be a big year for them. Where did you get to see them? 🩷

@@AlisonMolko Yeah I noticed that on your YT channel that some of you VM uploads are~10yrs old. I saw them during the sisters tour in Hannover, Hamburg and Berlin - there's also a snippet from the Hamburg gig available on my channel. I'm shure all these appearances will provide them a huge attention bump and the crowd and sisters fanbase are happy to have them, I know this from lot's of feedback in the forums and from my impression during the shows -> Always lot's of cheering and applause/good vibes in the audience room.

@DocSommer 1000 percent agreeing! I've heard a lot of positive reactions from everyone who saw them and the guys also get showered with a lot of kindness and appreciation from the Sisters crowd each nights. Beautiful to see. They're looking into getting a tour of their own booked sometime soon, so fingers crossed they'll be able to be around more often! It's been rather difficult for them in the past years. But now they've created quite a buzz 🙏🙏🙏 They'll be supporting UGLY KID JOE in March BTW. Maybe you'll want to see them play in Hamburg at the LOGO! Will be amazing.

@@AlisonMolko Logo = Hamburgs loudest Sauna - guess I can't miss that, it's also a home game for me ;) I recall filming Agnostic Front there with permission to stand on the side of the stage, that was a fun evening.

I thanked you on HL for this Doc, but it warrants a thanks on here too, was hoping that someone might record a full show by The Virginmarys, didn't expect the recorder of several legendary Sisters videos to be on it. Superb quality video, as per usual. Looking forward to seeing these guys at the Brudenell this Friday with Ugly Kid Joe 😎

They were poundingly good last night, the Brudenell is a great little venue for a gig like that. UKJ were also excellent, Chris no doubt glad to be free to bounce round a stage again rather than stood Kraftwerking it up behind the Doktor 😁that was the 7th time we've seen the Virginmarys in the last few months, and the best of the lot. If by some chance you're looking to record a song or two, the 4th (I think) song in was a new one about the north of England, and it rocked like an absolute mofo. Just a little heads up ;)

saw them a few months ago for the first time and fel in love with their music. Now I'm going to see them live the second time comming sunday with the sisters of mercy. can't wait!
