As hard as it maybe. Let go of anything you have no control over. think, depression is cause by living in the past and we can not change it, anxiety is cause by living in the future it’s. It even here, so appreciate your present as a present bc it is a gift. Only take the lesson from the decision not the decision itself. bc it was need in order to learn the lesson and the lesson is what will help your future. Help you now… no regrets just learned lesson.. live today and think now so can make a great decision now… hopefully that’s helps.. read as many time as needed.

@aly3584 it would be nice to see them talk about it together. But Dr Yahki touched on this in the gathering of the masters. Brother Rich uploaded a clip of him talking about it. I'm going to have to buy the vid when I get a chance to see the whole thing. But long story short you going to have to give up meat or cut back drastically because at this time most meat is bad and if you're blk it was never meant for you to eat meat in the first place. I can attest to this because I was having health issues, and I started following Doctah B and Dr. Yahki's advice and started getting better, and one of the things I did was cut back on meat. I'm not ready to give it up totally just yet, but I know I will have to if I want to be really healthy and live longer.

In the very beginning around 2:21 of the video you mention the sun and it being two suns…. I had a dream the other day involving one of my co workers (oddly I never had a convo with this person before ever) but in the dream she said “look at the sun this is the only time to see what it really looks like” it was two suns and from what I remember it looked like it was spinning. And for some reason I was so happy I said thank you excitingly and gave her a big hug. For the past week I have been trying to figure out what that meant

I saw a light orb came to me from the sky broad day light and it was big when it got to me my body froze but I remember the light went off it was a silver orb very huge over tree in back yard ❤if u vibe high u will see things and I woke up I was crawling in bk door but I felt my body feeling electricity I left came bk was coming in bk door yall of the house I pass out before I got to door 😂what I seen till this day idk 🤷🏾‍♂️ but was it amazing omg smh I wish it had land and just let me see or talk to it I saw a orb yall dam near size of 3 houses 🏘 no sound smoke or wings doors nothing just a light flying in a z shape formation as if it was jumping time and it came to me why idk 🤷🏾‍♂️
