SNES couldn't have that much going on on the screen at one time. Unless you mean a Final Type of game, but it would still be max of 3 - 4 enemies on screen at one time.

When you have enough ki for Fighter Style, you must simply press R button. For the Nunchakus, wait for the moment when you have enough ki but you must press L & R at the same time for activate this mode. I suggest you to read this FAQ.
