Bit of feedback for Dr Abdullah! I think your explanations would benefit from using simpler speech! We as doctors use terms like “innervation” and “sensory neuron” etc and know what we mean. I know the vast majority of viewers will not know these terms and will be a bit confused. Excellent description of shingles to someone medically trained but not so much to gen population. Keep up the good work you’re all doing!

I had shingles 2 years ago and I'm still in a lot of pain. My skin feels like it's burning, stabbing. I even get occasional blisters in my lower back. What should I do? I don't feel bad during the day but a night it's draining. Hopefully my doctor refers me to a neurologist.
