I don't think the Dr. did a very good job removing the man's paloma on his back. Having watched another very successful Dr. that also removes them would have made sure the entire paloma was out before stitching. Poor job!

To me it looked like she got everything but it's always hard to tell as a lipoma is just a separate clump of slow growing fat tissue in the regular fatty layer of our skin. It also doesn't have a sack-wall like you see with cysts; it's simply a benign mass of fat that's clumped up underneath the skin. So should it return it may take several years to reform.

The cyst multiplex csses has been treated around the world, including CA, USA. Once the contents has been released & removed - the sac wall should be removed otherwise it refills.

Yeah, that's what confused me. The doctor said something about removing the sack walls but all she did was make tiny holes with the laser and push the contents out without actually removing the cyst wall. So they're just going to fill right back up again (possibly with scar tissue from the laser). This doctor wasn't treating a patient; she was creating a repeat customer imo.

Lipomas do not. But they have connective tissue like cellulite has. These connective tissues hold the fat layer in place - otherwise they will hang down or droop. The second case has cysts which do have a sac.

I had to go back and listen again with the volume up a bit more - I was sure that I'd heard it wrong the first time! Michelle REALLY doesn't look anything close to 44. (Not that there's a thing wrong with that age; I'd love to look 44 again!) I'm sure she'll heal from the steatocystomas that the wonderful Dr. Emma got today, but there's no way to prevent new ones from popping up, caused as the condition is by genetic mutation. I hope that Michelle learns to not think of herself as "less than", though, that would be fantastic! She's very beautiful, and seems like a lovely person. ❤

Very interesting. My parents, sister and I had a dog. Well, one of five dogs. The dog Marty, a Poodle mix suffered from lephomes. So, every six month he going to Vet to get them removed. My Dad one time said "What a great way to get rid of fat. Have fay gather in one spot on the body and have the fat removed every once in awhile." Unfortunately, one of the growth grew on Marty left paw, attached itself to the bone. Then later he had a very large growth on his chest which attached itself to his stomach area. Had to end up putting Marty down.
