Sir ek baat btata hu aapne kaha ki jo non veg le rha hai usko zarurat nahi hai bcaa lene ki. But mai daily ke 11 egg whites and one whole egg and 150gm steamed chicken breast le rha hu and still meri body me har ek session ke baat cramps and DOMS aa rhaa hai meri carbs intake aachi hai fats moderate hai and protein high hai. I am consuming d3, calcium, zma and alot of green veggies bas whey protein nahi le rha and not even bcaa. Lekin muhae ulta asar ho rha hai i am on a fatloss program. Muscle soreness and DOMS etni zyda hai ki pucha maat 2 days cardio and 4 days high intensity training kar rha hu deit acha hai sleep achi hai exercise achi hai taab bhi etni problem hai DOMS ki aab mere trainer ne mujhae bcaa lene ko bola hai yae bol ke ki deit chahe jitna bhi hai but fatloss ke tym pr minimum supplements bcaa he hai le lo taki during exercise and after exercise muscle recovery me koi problem naa aaye aab aap btao mere case me kya krna sahi hai lu kae naa lu. And one more thing its been two months performing training in the gym and since then DOMS and cramps they are not going anywhere with all the same deit and supplements excluding bcaa and whey protein jaab ki etne tym me body habitual ho jati hai. Now please tell me and guide me what the studies say.

Mai purush jeevan pe nhi comment kr skta kyuki I'm not aware usme kya hain, ayurvedic supplements ka control itna strict nahi hota aur kaiyo main steroid hone ka bhi chance hota hain toh main kbhi bhi nhi recommend krta ye purush jeevan, good health capsule etc.

Concerns about dangerous side-effects and rapidly developing cataracts resulted in DNP being discontinued in the United States by the end of 1938. In 1938, the FDA included DNP in a list of drugs potentially so toxic that they should not be used even under a physician's supervision. so that's something I wouldn't recommend anyone take, as far as a video is concerned, I'll add it to my list of topics for future projects.
