Doctor Knows the Baby's Gender! - 14 Week Pregnancy Ultrasound

We go to our 14 week pregnancy ultrasound and the doctor knows our baby's gender! He has a really good guess of whether our baby is a boy or a girl, but we have other plans! We don't want to do a gender reveal until we are sure of what the baby is! We get to hear the heartbeat for the first time for a fun pregnancy update!

Awe I love you guys glad I found your channel. I'm 9 weeks pregnant. The day before yesterday I was in the hospital after heavy bleeding and blood clots thinking the worst. They couldn't find a heartbeat. However, I had an ultrasound already booked for the next day so they told me to go ahead with that appointment still. The baby is safe!! We got to hear and see the heart beating. I'm so excited!!!

My doctor told me at 13 weeks that my baby is a boy. I thought it wasn’t possible but he’s been in that field for YEARS. But we’ll know if it really is a boy in a couple weeks. I just hope it’s a boy. My husband and I want a jr. but if the baby turns out to be a girl then I know we’ll still love her all the same 🥰

I’m 17 weeks today & we just found out Monday that my baby is a little girl! We had the option at our 14 week ultrasound but she was modest at that point and crossed her legs haha!!

Omg congratulations!! So when i got pregnant on my first appointment my doctor listened to the heartbeat and told me it was a girl!.. Wasnt even an ultrasound! How crazy! And it was true!

When I was pregnant with my daughter I found out at 13 weeks. I went and got a 3D/4D ultrasound. It ended up being right lol she’s almost a year and a half now :) her name is Spencer ❤️

Hello Jess and Austin, you guys are relationship goals!! One of my Great Cousins had 4 Children, each time she found out the sex. The first 3 babies she was told were girls, so each time the nursery was painted pink, the family bought pink clothes, lets just say everything was pink! She'd give birth and all 3 of the babies were boys, her fourth baby she didn't bother finding out the sex but really wanted a girl, she had another boy. You both did the right thing waiting, you maybe upset now but think how bad it would have been getting your hope's up for either a boy or a girl, telling your families who buy the baby blue or pink gifts and it turns out to be the opposite sex, that would have been a whole family with broken hearts.

I know someone already said this, but to be 100% sure what the baby is, is when it's born. Sometimes girl's can be swollen to where they think it's a boy.. I found out with my son at 14 weeks and every time they did an ultrasound I would always ask if he was still a boy lol.

Looks like a baby girl to me but it is a little to early. You could always try the old fashioned way thread and needle trick to find out what the answer is.

Wait until your 18-20 week scan and the scan is way more accurate in discovering the gender, because everything is that much bigger.

I have that same app. I waited till after 20 weeks so it was fully formed. But this is my second pregnancy and I didn't know until a week after my sister sent a box of the gender since she wasn't involved with my first. ♡♡♡♡

They told my sister she was having a girl ... it was what she thought for the whole pregnancy and then she had a boy ... all those cute little dresses and princess bedding had to be exchanged. LOL I'm going to guess GIRL ... that "old wives tale of a fast heart beat being a girl" typically proves to be right. You two are so cute ... can't wait to find out for sure.

I think it’s a boy they’re almost always easy to distinguish. I found out 100% sure I was having a boy at 16 weeks so you could check in two weeks? I went to a 3d place because I couldn’t wait for the 20 week anatomy scan 😂

There is not enough in that photo to tell. The skull shape, the nub or the placental placement are rather accurate ways to see early on, or if you can see between the legs. I'll be having a blood test in a month to see what we're having and my mother in law is throwing me a gender reveal party in February

I think it's a girl. None of my boys looked that way. So cute, I remember the sheer excitement of wanting to knownthe gender and waiting until the reveal. No matter what baby is, guaranteed that it will be the most exciting moment for both of you! Do you go to the lds hospital? I went to fetal studio in south Jordan when I was 14 weeks to find out the gender of my 2nd baby. They said she was a girl and she definitely was. I went to fetal foto with my son too and it was completely obvious he was a boy

You can find out though a blood test. As early as 10 weeks along. That's how i found out my baby's gender. Btw now I'm 18 weeks .
