Great advice! I’m planning my trip to Ghana next year, and I have issues here, in the US. I’ll be taking all my heathy tummy items. I think I’ll be eating grilled fish or tourist restaurant food. Sad, but my stomach is weaker than I’d prefer it to be. I’ll get the vaccines ahead of time. I’ve heard some areas run out of the yellow fever vaccines.
