Hi. When using the appliance to open a blackhead etc, there is a 'hole' that is left behind. Does this 'hole' close by itself and what about infection. Some people have a huge number of 'holes' and wonder if the skin is scarred?

A lot of these spas are in South East Asia so sun exposure & damage is probably a given. This client is probably relatively young. Look up elderly acne or blackheads if you want to see them tackle a lot of blackheads all at once.

Wish I knew what I was doing here/how to tag 208DerDoc So I had 1 or 2 of these max in jt kate teens early adulthood & just figured they were white or blackheads. They were tough to squeeze put but eventually I would always get it done and I would be fine for numerous years. UNTIL recently in past year year and half I have a bunch spread out on top & some on bottom lip. Main problem is I has no clue what I was dealing with or how to remove it... Just would try to blunt force squeeze them away. Which would barely work and ALWAYS result in Savage pain.

Is there anything you recommend for fordyce spots on your lips? I have a few, they don’t show if I wear a lip color but I am scared they will look like the internet photos! My dr says ppl with high cholesterol get them. Mine lowered back down but the spots didn’t go away 😢
