You cannot operate on your family it’s a huge liability not to mention if the patient dies,the effects mentally would haunt you for the rest of your life…it’s usually an unspoken rule,but in some places it’s actually against the law

It has a risk of being under intense emotional stress and might make a blunder due to the immense and overwhelming pressure and may blame themselves for the rest of their lives. So it's sometimes like two losses in 1 attempt. Sometime the docters might lose their loved one in addition to never be able to operate again because of the trauma.

I just wanted to let you know that God cares about you. Even if it doesn't feel like it, He really does. His greatest act of love was sending Jesus to die for our sins. Because of that, we don't have to suffer in the same way Jesus did and we have new life and new relationship with God.
