Sure, but assuming it even works on the Scarlet Witch (I don't think she even met Peter Parker in the MCU, only Spiderman, so we wouldn't know for sure) she'd probably find out what he did which would make things work. Plus also, Strange probably wasn't in a hurry to do the spell again after NWH, if he even remembers doing it.
