Dr. Vodoo has been overlooked recently by many as so many Mystics have entered the game lately, but Vodoo’s regeneration (up to 28 seconds worth at fight start based on sig) makes him extremely sustainable even with suicide masteries. His S2 allows for some of the best power control in the game. When you correctly, his S1 can do hundreds of thousands of poison damage in seconds!
