Every time I hear this song, I get the "feeling" of Matt Smith, you know? Like, I feel energetic, heroic, confident. And that's not only what this song, or even Matt is. This song captures the very soul of the doctor. The total epicness of this song fills me with a feeling: like nothing can go wrong. Or even if it does, that there will always be a way out. Sure there will be tears and hardship, but there will always be a way out.

I think the thing I loved best about Matt Smith is he had such charisma and capability to use his prior self as a tool. His speeches were the best written because he recognized what he was capable of and convinced the rest that he was capable of so much more. It doesn't effect me if someone else has a different favorite. David Tennant and Eccleston were good and Capaldi is, so far, okay. But Matt Smith will always be my favorite.
