Who better to have done the continuity for this documentary than David Allan, am I right? What a legend!

David was very much the doyen on BBC Continuity in the 70s, 80s and 90s.

@robalexander8065 No question, not forgetting Malcom Eynon, David Miles, Andy Cartelidge and others. I know I'm not from that generation, but I feel very happy to have discovered them through DW announcements on DVD special features when I was younger!

@@RVPMatt123 The three you have mentioned, plus the likes of Mike Gamble, Bruce Hammell, Charles Nove and Richard Straker, were often heard introduced 70s and 80s Who and many other BBC shows of the era. Andy Cartledge was particularly familiar as the main announcer on Children's TV before the era of the Broom Cupboard.
