When Kate said disengage, it got incredibly dark. Not even her organization could withstand that entity. I really want to know what they saw or heard that made them Scream. Kate is definitely an interesting character.

There has to be more to this than just "it's old Ruby." Ruby herself only went back in time after meeting the woman, and quite how she got sent back is remarkably inexplicable. Some other entity got mixed up in this here.

The perception filter kind of takes away the reason for there to be a Chameleon Circuit if the ship can be anything and people just don't really pay attention to it then there's no need for a chameleon circuit
