The 12th doctor helped the 1 st doctor regenerate after 11 saved Gallifrey, resulting in 11 receiving the additional regeneration through the cracks in time. In the moment 12 and 1 regenerate because of each other's existence makes the doctor a fixed event in time, a fact, immortal with the ability to regenerate. This caused the Tardis to drop 13 to earth, to assist Fugitive in the future. 13 found the tardis at a ghost monument after fugitives adventures, leading 13 to unknowingly see into her future that she created as the timeless child, the power the doctor possesses since Twice upon a time. 13 meeting the grand serpent (rassilon) 13 meeting spy master ( parallel master) 10 and donna meeting 14 and donna meeting Wild blue yonder Bi regeneration Return of the doctor donna Causing 15s memory loss Becoming the timeless child, creating the future as a Fugitive Doctor, saved by the tardis, after dropping 13 to earth. Fugitive with a tardis from outside of events finds the original timeline, sending Jack to help 13 prevent the fugitive's future. Sends bel and vendors child to earth, to meet 15 as Ruby Sunday, the doctors parallel without the ability to regenerate Ruby with the fob watch is unable to create the division universe, but allows the multiverse to continue as Ruby with the fob watch joins the parallels academy. Fugitive fades out of existence but exists in all multiverses to protect the doctor's timeline, continuously creating the next multiverse- Lulu bell and Mrs flood being the next version of the next parallel doctor and parallel Fugitive. No such thing as coincidence.

Sorry but no, Fugitive is pre hartnell, the grand serpent definitely is not Rassilon, the spy master is the same master we've always seen we know this because he references the Fourth Doctors regeneration, Why would RTD bring bel and vinder back? And yes there is such thing as coincidence because the whole Christmas episode was about the coincidence of the Doctor and Ruby and that is something that RTD is continuing with

@@kylerees3491 but if my theory was correct the master would believe 13 was fugitive doctor , therefore him referencing that the doctor was forced to Regeneration as the timeless child would still stand when the Spymaster forced 13 to regenerate.

@@CJ-qp7hi but you're theory isn't correct because he was talking about the events of logopolis specifically, and also no because he didn't know the Fugitive Doctor when he saw her in the Power of the Doctor and didn't know who she was
