I totally missed it in the show but, this video pointed out an amazing fact that even the Tenth Doctor confirmed in the episode Utopia as we was talking about Rose to Captain Jack. “The final act of the time war was life” - Rose ended The Last Great Time War. Imagine that for a moment, a human girl ends the greatest war between the two most advanced civilizations of of the universe, Daleks and TimeLords. The war that burned the universe across time and space... and it’s final act was of life from the hands of Rose Tyler. As the ninth would say, That’s Fantastic!
