Fun Fact: The Fourth Doctor bares resemblance to the Walls' Sky Ray commercials. It could be Jon Culshaw, known for his Tom Baker impression. The Tom Baker impersonator was the only one who responded but K-9 could have just as easily meant Colin Baker or Sylvester McCoy. Statistically speaking, all the monsters were the weakest link, because not only did they get no questions right, but they're all made out of papier-mache and tin foil by someone who watched far too much Blue Peter. They probably couldn't be bothered with the effort of getting permission to use them. To clarify: The rights to the Daleks belong to the Terry Nation estate. Most classic Dalek stories (including the original) were written by Terry Nation. The few which weren't required his permission. The BBC can use them now due to an agreement reached sometime during pre-production of series 1.
