Gosh, I need to try and remember what February 2021 me was thinking when this was made, and uploaded, and then left to quietly sit... I *think* my rationale was probably that, because it was the opening titles & I was thinking about how they could've done it at the time: that it made sense that everyone would expect Doctors 1 to 11 plus the War Doctor to be in the anniversary special... but that the Twelfth Doctor was always going to be such a shock surprise, so it was nice to leave him out as though he'd still be a surprise! (And it also avoids giving him top billing when he's only got one shot of his eyebrows in there... I say, well aware that Eccleston's getting higher in order than Hurt here for not too much!)
