Doctor Who EXHIBITION, Llangollen, Wales - DAPOL, 2003.

Hi all this is my video of the Doctor Who Exhibition that was in Llangollen, WALES. I visited there in 2003 before it closed. This is a walk thru of the museum displaying props and costumes. A good walk down memory lane for all you Doctor Who fans. Let me know if you like it and if you share it give me a mention.

Thankyou for this. Brings back so many memories. For me, no Doctor Who Exhibition has beaten this one. I used to enjoy it so much. I wish it was still there. This video was the next best thing 😁

My pleasure to share I travelled from Australia to see it just before it closed down. I was in my element and had the place to myself. Great time and wonderful memories. glad I had my camera with me.

What part did you work in?

@@TheDocMD74 I was hidden away in the offices, though it was always quite the experience to walk past Daleks on your way into work especially as a fan of the show... yes, before it was cool again :-) I got to have a wander round the exhibition as often as I felt like too. All the other staff there in the reception, shop, and factory were really nice and it was only because of one, er... not so good manager that I decided to leave. I believe he's long gone now though and Dapol are doing well with just the model rail stuff in Chirk since the Llangollen place closed. I think they built flats there now.

i live in Llangollen now and used to visit my mother many years ago when the exhibition was still open, i think i visited it once but never got the chance again before it closed
