The 9th doctor from the Scream of Shalka story in 2003. Played by Richard E Grant. Not sure where he lies in current who now but it’s nice to see him show up.

@@DarthArkadius Ah okay, I thought that was him. Yeah, guess Shalka's canon now even though McGann regenerates into Hurt then into Eccleston. Thanks. Glad I included Shalka then when watching the anniversary specials building up to the 60th.
