Episode one is one of the greats. Its been awhile since I've watched the Space Museum, but Vicki was able to reprogram the computer to allow access to the armory. That's why the rebels needed her. The fact that Vicki reprogramed it and didn't just blow it up like virtually every other SF program was streets ahead.
