Jesus that conversation with the Cyberman is heavy. For starters, the idea of the Doctor making that one Cyberman a companion is hilarious, but secondly; The fact that Cyberman basically called the Doctor a coward because he was thinking about running. Really added depth to them that hasn't been touched upon since.
