The titles bit was random, but the Rani was one of the Doctor's enemies in the 1980s. A rogue Time Lady with a brilliant and cunning mind, she faced off against the Sixth and Seventh Doctors. She was played by the late Kate O'Mara. Star Trek and Doctor Who had a crossover comic back in the 2010s, titled Star Trek: The Next Generation/Doctor Who: Assimilation, with Sir Patrick Stewart's Picard and Matt Smith's Eleventh Doctor as the main characters, and they face off against the Borg and the Cybermen. The Fourth Doctor also met James T Kirk in the past.
