Doctor Who: Terror Firma Animation

I made this a while ago but due to technical difficulties it was never uploaded but after seeing such good responses from my Juggernauts video I decided to give it another go, and here it is!

For me, Terror Firma is a fascinating Davros story. It shows how far Davros has come in his quest to be "up above the gods". He effectively broke up a TARDIS team and then turned the whole of Earth into a Dalek farm just to spite the Doctor. This was Davros' endgame because he's effectively on his last proverbial legs. He's losing the only part of him he has left: his personality. And once his personality is gone, he becomes just another Dalek. Granted, he's the Emperor. He got his wish, albeit it was delivered unto him in the most twisted way but he got it. The best of this story is the irony that Davros created what he eventually became: a Dalek. He just went the long way around, which makes it all the more tragic yet well deserved.

I know this is an old video but this is excellent work; Terror Firma is a criminally overlooked story and is what I’d consider one of the 8th Doctor’s darkest chapters up to this point (I haven’t listened any further yet), and this really captures that

I never liked Davros as a villain and also the Daleks were better led by Emperor Daleks and Supreme Daleks who are much better than Davros in billions of ways
