Look into Hyperinsulinemia, where the body contains too much insulin, is a condition with links to insulin resistance, diabetes and cancer. Since insulin is a growth hormone. It makes things grow like skin tags and moles. What is worst is that sugar feeds cancer. so yeah lol Sorry long rant. Just an FYI We eat horribly from infant on. Did you know that baby formula has 50% sugars ? Do you think sugar is good for a new born babies stomach and digestive system? Then we eat mac and cheese. Big bowl of cereal with a glass of orange juice when we are able to chew. Horrible ohh and the seed oils they like to call vegetables oil’s lol that crap wont leave your system for about a year. I know they can be just as prejudice aa whytes, but many identify as Black Latino (unless you're referring to Spanish identifying Hispanics) and suffer colorism within their community as well as racism. As usual, "Hispanics" will benefit from the advancements of the struggle of African Americans as well. When Black people advance, all other people rise, i.e. Civil War, Civil Rights Act, #MeToo movement, etc. Not the time or situation for WhatAboutism.

OK, he said they don't trust medical professionals, so why would they let one cut off their leg rather than ask what other options exist just because others in his family had it done? Also, any doctor who would do that as a first line treatment when he knows damn well there are other less invasive options should be sued for malpractice and failure to give full disclosure which is central to informed consent. I tend to doubt that patients are just going in and saying "Doc, cut my leg off." It just doesn't make logical sense that people who are afraid of being hurt or even killed would do that. They'd be more likely to let their leg rot off than go under the knife. I think information about the other options are being witheld from them by many doctors and they're being coerced into having an amputation. I've even had that happen myself with a Rheumatologist refised to even discuss all treatment options because he assumed Medicare wouldn't cover them! I've had more than my share of mill doctors, so I know how they are. Luckily I have a patient advocacy background so I pick up on it and confront doctors who do that. Not everybody does or even knows their rights. It's a good thing this doctor is out there trying to help people not fall victim to these hacks and to give them an alternative. This is all the more reason we need a single payer healthcare system. With the profit motive removed from medicine people would have alot more choices, and money wouldn't hold them back from getting the help they need.

However I live in N.J in a predominantly African American community and I noticed for many yrs that many people have leg amputations. I know a few people who had this surgery and eventually passed. I think this is surgical genocide in my community. This is the first time I've heard someone bring this up. I believe this is a deliberate surgery through for doctors exploiting my people its sad. I have lots of awareness of the medical discrimination history. This hatred because of people not knowing what's going on. Thanks for bringing this to light.
