It’s more nonsense if quack and hoon would end up together though. This series literally revolved around hoon’s undying love for jaehee. So out of character if he falls in love with another woman all of a sudden when all of those years he only had his heart for jaehee. Quack and hoon are just better off as good friends.

what upsets me the most about this show was this scene 02:19 when Hoon pulled Dr.Oh and hugged her by saying "maybe we are destined to be" (when in the first place he knew he has met jae hee) without her consent, that poor girl was literally shaking (they weren't that close, he exceeded the line). Btw few seconds before this scene 02:19 when Hoon told her the theory about heart beat and she said "that mean Dr. Han has the same heart beat as mine" she wasn't even interested in Hoon in the first place, they developed feelings over time. Both of them. She helped him a lot when he was looking for jae hee but later in the show he started to disregard all the things she did for him (to make himself clear that he only loved jae hee). When in reality people change through time and age. Whatever let's pretend that's not a fact for now. Anyway in one scene Hoon even told jae hee to "stop acting this way he was getting confused about there relationship" and was growing feelings for Dr.Oh. I think no one in the comment section is confused, it's the writer who couldn't choose between two females and messed up Hoon's character. Anyhow Dr.Oh was brave enough to confront her situation and said she has developed feelings for Hoon and that's the reason why we all love her character because she was mature and confident enough to face the realty and took the lead to say what was in her heart. Bottom line Hoon was a great doctor but terrible in personal life - he lacked EQ.

He almost admitted the reason why he can't be with her, even if he wanted to, at the sense where he reveals about her father's deeds. It seemed like the main lead was Dr Oh in this drama as the whole story kind of showed in her perspective.

Unfortunately this show was more about a confused man finding love and affection in every single women around him when he lost Jae hee and Dr.Oh on the other hand looked the toughest one, turns out to be the softest amoung them all that made the show complicated and painful in the end. Btw he was a lot more invested in the second lead actress than his main partner, which was a shame because he was leding Dr. Oh on, knowing that she wasn't single and in the end he was going to choose jae hee anyways. Smh.

You cry for Oh Soo hyun but the truth is the film showed us clearly how much Song Jae hee loves Park Hoon, and how much she has overcome just to protect him. Actually she gave up on Park Hoon because she just wanted him to be saved and happy with his mother (and also doctor Oh). I mean, doctor Oh is a very good person that has to be loved. But Song Jae Hee is just... too precious. I know you maybe feel sad because their chemistry was so good, but according to the film's logic, they couldn't end up together. . . Im disappointed that they didn't end up with each other. The story sucks. I don't get the logic of the character Jae hae. Why does the north korean government picks her to be their ally? And be a doctor alongside Hoon? When in the first place, it is expected of her to retaliate and side with Hoon. They are lovers for goodness sake. What could be the reason? for Hoon to be threatened? They don't need her for that. They already have Hoon's mom. What then, to make sure that the president will be in coma if Hoon will not do their wishes? They could easily do that without the help of jae hae. They can just bribe someone to do it. It seems that they just want a long exposure of the actress who played Jae Hae. Hoon is better with the quack doctor, their love story is good. And they have undeniable chemistry together. Gosh, im really disappointed. 🙁
