This stage is bizarre. Josh and Glacies' dialogue sounds like something out of an eroge. MY THOUGHTS ARE MOVING ON THEIR OWN.

"The Argents" refers to the class at the School that Chienne and her little ska band were in. As an aside: Chienne (girl), Chien (big guy), Chiot (shota) are respectively bitch, dog, and puppy in French. Their Cerberlion's are Présent, Passé, and Avenir (present, past and future).
The Hero/Villain thing between Kouta and Professor Wong is deliberately phrased like a tokusatsu show. Specifically, Wong says "I'm not a kaijin", like the monsters of the week that Shocker created in the original Kamen Rider.
Septembrum was the shrine at the North Pole that was being used by Ruina in conjunction with Ventus channeling the King of Ruin's power to maintain the Artrum Exterior, the dimensional barrier that enclosed the Earth during the second route split.
Géant Aile = Giant Wing
Géant Chevalier = Giant Knight
Dea Blanche Neige = Snow White Goddess
And Negative Waves are Ruina's way of referring to minus emotions like anger, sorrow, fear and despair.
