Shuu uses the title 卿 (kyou) to refer to Zezernan. It's an older title, referring to the highest rank of vassals in the old Japanese feudal system and roughly equates to "lord". Because of his immense dislike of Zezernan, Shuu is using it sardonically.
Mio's reference to the Hero's Greatest Strategy is a fourth wall breaking reference to the Gaia Saver: Hero Saidai no Sakusen, the sequel to Hero Senki (where Gilliam comes from).
The "pipe" they reference refers to an information pipeline between two parties.
A naked singularity is a theoretical phenomenon that involves a black hole with no event horizon, meaning its "contents" become observable. This is significant because the laws of physics break down in the presence of a naked singularity, as the collapse of matter to infinite density in a singularity should not be observable to external observation.

That's how he originally looked in Super Hero Sakusen. He was originally a good-intentioned human scientist who wanted to save the Earth from environmental destruction (G Gundam was a major plotline in the game, and this was before Zuphirud Crystals had been established as the BO version of DG Cells,) and set off into space to find a way. What happened to him there, iirc, is a mystery, and the Juses you fight in the end is a clone. When his mask comes off he's a gray-haired version of Ingram.

Zezernan's not really an imbecile, he's simply exceedingly arrogant and dismissive of humanity. His little stunt with the singularity was actually rather brilliant, and Shuu's contempt of him comes from having been used as a pawn.

It's from SRW3, I think it even plays in stage 1, which starts in space - SRW does have a way of referencing everything in its own history, as well as Banpresto's in general.

From what I've read the Alpha version of the source was explained in Alpha 1, the planet Tron. A world destroyed ago, causing the rarity of the stuff, The only thing the OG universe would have to change would be the cause of the destruction (it was the Zentradi in the Alpha universe).

likely no need as the ones used in the huckbein was of a different make while Shu took the inspector made one and improved it. Though Shu's also one of the few bright enough to realize the quirk and fix it.

Well, Banpreios used Tronium from one of the Mk. IIIs, both of which had no Tronium Engine in A2 and 3. With Exexebein and Galilnagant around they can't make Banpreios unless they find the source of the stuff (which is never explained, no Balmar units utilize it, they all use the Karkelia Pulse System or whatever, I can't remember the proper name.)
