For medical students I highly recommend this channel Sir I have osce and Viva exam on this 21st September and I really had very difficulty in abdomenal examination specially palpating lever and spleen but thank u so much for your detailed videos. Yeah - I know this video is over 12 minutes long but I did include a lot of explainers eg. Pathology. Once you get into a rhythm I think it can be shorter but I normally say 7 minutes

It would be a more correct representation of the actual scenario and would learn a lot about how to go about it. Thank you!
