I am so glad, so thankful that I grew up when I did. Raised with a huge garden & orchard. My mom & dad taught how to grow & harvest and canning after harvest. She also made our desserts homemade. We lived off the land and still do long after they had left this world. ☺️💜☺️

If we eat, organic vegetables, organic fruits, lentils, beans, nuts, seeds, avocados, we will not be subject to the dishonesty of the multi billion dollar corporations. for someone addicted to sweets dates figs raisins are highly sweet alternatives with 10 times the sugar of a whole fruit.

Not good fat You can actually eat a really good diet I actually lost a ton of weight on low carb eating a lot of fat and protein so that's not exactly true you need good fats for your brain and your body to work right
