আপনার সঙ্গে সবার মতোই আমিও একমত দাদা। আমি নিজের জীবনেই দেখেছি যে, আমার সঙ্গে hs দেওয়ার পর যে বন্ধু কাপড়ের দোকান বা আরও অন্যান্য কিছু ব্যাবসা করতে লাগলো, তারপর সে দোকানে আমি যখন কোনো কিছু কিনতে যায় তখন সে বলে, আচ্ছা তুই তো বন্ধু, তাই কেনা দামটা আর ক্যারিং খরচটা দে... but আমাকে সে ঠিক ই বলে যে, তাঁকে যেন পরে ফ্রী চিকিৎসা দেওয়া হয় । কেন ? আমি যে চেম্বারে যাবো, আমি যখন হসপিটালে যাবো, সেখানে যেতে গাড়ির তেল খরচ হবে না ? আমি যে এতদিন এত কায়িক পরিশ্রম করে, হোস্টেলের অরুচিকর খাবার খেয়ে পড়াশোনা করলাম, আমারও পড়তে minimum একটা খরচা হয়েছে ! সেগুলোর কি কোনোই মূল্য নেই ? পুরোনো বন্ধু হলে তাকে whatsapp এ মেসেজেই বলতে হবে যে কী ওষুধ লাগবে ? না বললে একটা ডাক্তারের ঘ্যাম বেশি .. আসলে মানুষ এটা মাথায় গেঁথে নিয়েছে, আর এর জন্য আমরাও কিছুটা দায়ী .... প্রফেসনের জায়গায় আমাদের still থাকতে হবে, আমাদের ফোনে বা মেসেজে ওষুধ বলা বন্ধ করতে হবে, আমাদের নিজেদের respect টা নিজেরাই নষ্ট করে ফেলেছি, তাই আমাদের ভোগান্তি হতে হয়,, এখন এটা মানুষের মনে ঢোকাতে আবার সময় লাগবে 😢। তারা বুঝেও বুঝেন না এবং ডাক্তারদের সামনে মানবিকতার প্রশ্ন খাঁড়া করে তোলেন ।

Nailed the points dada. 1. It's absolutely true, that other than the cost of few desks and chairs, the govt would have to invest the same even if teaching facilities are removed 2. If we keep treating patients for free, most take it for granted and rarely adhere to the advice. So at least nominal fee has to be charged so that they become serious about it 3. It might be a noble profession, but still a profession. We need to eat too. In fact when we go to market, we have to hear, apni toh daktar, apnar theke kom kano nebo. 4. I don't know how many other professionals are known to sacrifice times for family, friends, recreation, hobbies anything. Now despite this if one cannot meet their basic financial requirements, why take up this profession at all? 5. And absolutely, govt facilities are available. People have been seen to consider them inferior and they want free service from private sector. Often it is heard uni private e kothaye boshen? What private sector does everything for free. Even charitable NGOs have their funding from other businesses' profit

I totally agree with you! Idk how do people expect doctors to give free treatment. Doctor hoar pechone onek khatni hoy and even taka o laageh.. and after becoming a doctor (after so much struggles) people expect free treatment from them. And those are the same people who give donation for things to be done but still they expect free treatment..its hilarious. And if doctors ask for money which is really needed, people term them as 'money minded'. A doctor saves lives of people and they should get what they deserve. Haa but exception ache jara shotti gorib and they don't have money to pay for their treatment and thats when doctors should come out for help without expecting anything. স্বাস্থ্য হোক বা শিক্ষা উভয় ক্ষেত্রেই প্রাইভেট আর পাবলিক সেক্টর এর পরিকাঠামো এবং পরিবেশ এর মধ্যে কোনো পার্থক্য থাকবে না এ বিষয়ে সরকার এর অবশ্যই পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া উচিত। নাম না নিয়ে বলছি আমদের দেশের একটি রাজ্য আছে যেখানে সেই সরকার এ বিষয়ে যথেষ্ট কাজ করেছে। আর সরকারি হসপিটাল এ অনেক বড়ো বড়ো ডাক্তারবাবু যেমন আছেন তেমন ই সরকারি স্কুলে ও অনেক ভালো শিক্ষক শিক্ষিকা গণ আছেন,কিন্তু তা সত্বেও মানুষ প্রাইভেট সেক্টর এ কেনো যায় ? পার্থক্য যে আছে সেটা সাধারণ মানুষ,ডাক্তার,শিক্ষক আমরা প্রত্যেকেই জানি।কিন্তু দুর্ভাগ্য বশত এই সিস্টেম এর বিরুদ্ধে কোনো ডাক্তার,শিক্ষক বা অন্যান্য যেকোনো শ্রেণীর কোনো অর্গানাইজেশন কোনো কথা তোলেনি। প্রাইভেট চেম্বার এ ডাক্তার রা ফিস অবশ্যই নেবেন, কিন্তু কিছু ক্ষেত্রে কিছু ডাক্তার এর ফিস টা এতো টাই বেশি হয় যেটা দেওয়া একটা সাধারন মধ্যবিত্তের পক্ষে অসম্ভব হয়। আর তখন ই মানুষ সেই ডাক্তার টির মানবিকতা আর বিবেক নিয়ে প্রশ্ন তোলে , তখন ই মানুষের মনে প্রশ্ন জাগে যে গরিব কে সেবা করার যে শপথ সে নিয়েছিল সেটা হয়ত তার আর মনে নেই।
