My friend had it like that and she realized she was pregnant only cause of routine gynecological examination xD imagine how surprised she was "but my period just ended". It is also not so common to have diffrent build of uterus which makes in now visible to be pregnant to even end of pregnancy sometimes (most have it bending to front but some have bending to the back and then it may not be seen. "Funny" things 🙈 my mother was once telling me about friend who went to hospital cause of terrible stomachache and went out with baby... She was sure she wasn't pregnant at all.

Stress due to a traumatic event or having had been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. A woman can get pregnant while transitioning from one Birth Control regimen to another , start taking the new form of BC and still not know she's pregnant until she delivers. A woman can get pregnant within weeks of having a baby and because postpartum hormones are high and she's more than likely nursing , she may not even know she's pregnant again until she delivers. And there are a multitude of other reasons why a woman may not realize she's pregnant.

There’s an entire show called “I didn’t know I was pregnant”. It happens. The girl didn’t cheat. If they were only together for 4 months then how did she cheat?? i mean idk she might’ve been telling the truth. if she was full term and he had no clue, she might not have either. there is such a thing as invisible pregnancies and if she had something like an IUD that stopped her periods, or she kept getting her periods (which can happen) she might have genuinely not known she was pregnant. it’s tough for the guy but if it’s only been four months and he’s not interested in being with someone who has a baby it would be a lot easier to dip than if it had been a longer relationship or if they were married. also that couldn’t have been cheating if she was full term and they were only together four months, the pregnancy would’ve happened several moths before they got together

Some women are heavier or carry more weight where they'd have a bump, so can't tell. Its not unheard of for women to get some or even ALL of her menstruations through the pregnancy. Some women don't get morning sickness either. some women or girls might not know because they weren't properly sexually and biologically educated.
