If we apply using new ircc portal, file size only is max 2 mb. But, if we combine all docs for applicant and inviter to uoload in FUNDS tab only, they are a lot. How can I upload a pdf containing 25-30 pages in a 2 gb file ?

I am in process of filling out an application for my parent's visitor visa and I am currently PR. Now, I have my birth certificate with me but in that my mother's name does not match her passport's name. Should I recreate my birth certificate with the correct name of her? Secondly, both my parent's passports differ a little bit in name of each other in the column of Husband/Wife's name row in their passports. So can they create an affidavit to mention their different names and can I include that in a supporting document to show their relationship proof?
