I’m neutral than a MF💯 from da bush...I came across these vids looking at all the drama with 69 and snow and all them dudes recently goin on...anyway...from what I heard/was told...the blue life started in the ville/90s side of town (could be wrong-how would I know anyway- but then,one of my boys from the heights, Franklin side said they were cripping on them sides early on too, like 96ish-so yea) I definitely heard the stories of dudes just not feeling how bloods were slashing ppl up and how that was one or pretty much the main factor of how it started... I’m not in the life so I’m in no position to name any names💯 but I do remember the first set I heard of (this like 96-97 I guess- was like 12 then) was that set 55C..briefly , then it disappeared. Then as far as the bush was concerned, pretty much all my ppl turned GSC 823 and then you had the others (some) that were mentioned... Everybody was going to the 90s to get loc’d in...I mean everyone. I’d say names of ppl I know, some passed on some still alive but it’s just better not to. The girls really do read these threads looking to lock ppl up💯 But, it really is a mystery as to who was the first homegrown set in bk and who was the first one to bring it to the borough. One side note though, before the bush (my side at least- church ave EHall side) was cripped out there definitely was a blood presence out here from early. Those were the dudes that were locked up on the island that brought in out to the streets when they got out. The 1990s out here in bklyn were just different. And truthfully, some of the most toughest dudes, that I knew at least, were some of the smartest most humble honorable dudes, who just got caught up in the life. Life was different back then out there. It’s not what you see today. Brooklyn was a different type of beast back then. To those who made it out and to those who don’t, I just want to say peace to you all. I lost good friends to the gang life and in the end, I wish that shit never hit the town but it is what it is..call me soft of square, whatever, I’m just speaking from the heart💯peace

It's funny because back in 1999 in the 4 building Rikers, Bishop came through and the locs we got a kite to put that work in on him for killing the Cali Loc. When we moved on him in the hallway, he bitched up and told us he aint blood no more, he 5% now. That shit wasnt flying. We still tried smashing him out, all the locs from Mod8 dorm, especially the homies from 83KGC.
