AIR 2006 MP 107 (copies of registered documents kept with sub registrar's office are public documents under clause 2 of sec. 74 IEA) FOLLOWED BY 2017 (1) KHC 57 3. 2002 (2) SCC 445 (Once the pleadings are filed in the court they form part of record of the court) 4.
