Remember when the Sver Rebbe visited President Clinton? His askanim basgered him not to wear a kolpik, made him nervous, and he felt to need to explain the custom to Pres. Clinton. Poor President Clinton was just confused by why he was being lectured about hat history and replied, kinda dazed, "Well thank you for visiting me in your very special hat."

Typically made of genuine fur from the tails of Canadian or Russian sable, stone marten, baum marten, or American gray fox, the shtreimel is the most costly piece of Hasidic clothing, costing anywhere from $1,000 to $6,000. It is possible to buy a shtreimel made of synthetic fur, which has become very common in Israel. Manufacturers in New York City, Montreal, B'nei Barak, and Jerusalem have been known to keep the secrets of their trade closely guarded.

EASTER ISLAND STATUES WEARING SPODIK/KOLPIK HATS; Alexander Salmon Jr. the brother of the Queen of Tahiti was a Jew. He was a MERCANTILE TRADER who had bankrolled Dutrou Bornier. From 1878 to 1888 he was the DE-FACTO RULER of the Eater Islands, until he sold his holdings to Chile. He was held in god-like status on the island. It is most likely the KOLPIK HAT with velvet crown poking up its centre was added to the Easter Island Statues in veneration of Alexander Salmon Jr. an English Tahitian Jew.

...There may be a connection to the king of Judah as a Lion, for lion like fortitude in great accomplishments and endeavours......Maybe the crown of Jewish kings were like these crowns.....A human king is king of the land and natural resources, and also the creatures and man....With Jewish kings, the next level over kingship is the universe and spiritual world......

Instead of buying a new iPhone every year, cable, fancy cars, and a bunch of other usless crap, perhaps you should give money to poor individuals. I guarantee you, you spend more money on worthless crap than they spend on their hats. Secondly, the people who make and sell those hats have a job. And when you buy those products, they make money. They in turn use that money to provide for their families and continue working. I'm not finished. Also, in order to make the hats, the manufacturer must purchase raw material. By doing so, the providers of the raw materials also make a living. So in the end you are able to support more people by buying one hat than you would be by giving free money to people. So matter how you look at it, mind your own business.
