(०२) मागील शिल्लक चटईक्षेत्र, पुनर्विकासाच्यावेळी मिळणारा FSI व TDR वर कोणाचा अधिकार असतो... (अ) सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्था (ब) विकसक/बिल्डर. (क) प्लॉट-मालक कायद्यात तसा स्पष्ट उल्लेख आढळत नाही.

Socity ka against kuch plastaring ka bareme case chalu hai tho redevelopment karsakth hai kya. Coveance buider banake theysakth hai kya. 3.redevelopment mei builder carpus nahi theysakthai kaali rent deposit theyega bolega tho problem ayega hai na. 33 years ka buiding ko carpus nahi melaga karke point hai kya

UDPCR Multi owner's & tenants. Multi owner's have purchased residence they are handicape & some senior citizen need commercial space will get 10% incentive more FSI to earn there livelihood.

Sir, We have 485 and 623 sq feet apartments in our existing building. We are trying for redevelopment. Builder has mentioned that redevelopment under 33 (7B) is not feasible for him so he has suggested 33 (11) scheme. He is offering around 27 % rera carpet area and going to construct approx. 632 sq feet and 790 sq feet apartments under 33 (11) . He is going to construct a building in sra for a slum in the near by area where market rate is less. Builder is going to use 33 (11) scheme under SRA, clubbing with SRA projects. Our plot size is 2500 sq meters and there are 14 flats of 485 sq feet and 632 sq. feet. Requesting you to give some advice. We would like to know what risks can come during this ?

Get an accurate feasibility picture about thr option of Self-redevelopment for ur specific case. U can contact self redevelopmente activists like Chandrashekhar Prabhu for guidance.

Sir Our society is under redevelopment No flat area is mentioned in the agreement at that time. In 1984 I am receiving maintenance bill for 423 sq ft The actual flat area is 445 sq ft The MCGM record shows my area as 445 sq Mt in the MCGM site where developer had applied for IOD Kindly guide which area is to be considered. Please guide Regards Jayesh
