Hello Sir, you mentioned legalization for Cameroonians is done when applying for Visa (this is after you must have gained admission already if am correct) and at the end you also said it is important to legalize documents before applying as some schools will require legalized documents. I am from Cameroon and it is a bit confusing. Could you please clarify?
