Militancy and 370 are different. Militants have no issue about the abrogation of Article 370. It was for Kashmiris who were getting benefits in employment and nothing else. So such people are foolish who are adding the 370 with militancy. Militants neither any relationship with 370 nor with employment in Kashmir. Kashmiris want peace and employment.

We cant use old 303 rifles that too without any head gear or body armour. Cheap quality jackets and helmets wont work against M4 carbines. You need really strong body armour and head gear with infrared cameras to trace militants in the dark and if required use rocket launchers to kill them
