Dodge Caliber sxt 2007 or Passat b6 2007 aftermarket harness bypass

This is the easiest way to bypass aftermarket radio to work on 2007 dodge caliber but make sure u have only 4 speaker if u have the factory sub and 2 more speakers on tha dash board where your windshield window is not sure if it works

If any one watching this it also run the same way for any passat b6 2007 with regular harness if u connect the yelow red and black to the harnesse the red will not work so u will not have power unless u buy 200 dollars harness to bypass To get power to it . i have to run it either from the back passenger lighter as in passat its pain in the budd in the front its much easier from the back or u run in through the fuse box 10 amp on passenger side but u will have to take out the storage cabin to run the extended red cable

Did you use the harness ground or did you ground it to the metal

sorry for a real late response on the harness i put ground to ground or u mind be able toground around metal and the power ac to lighter power u can also do that with a fuce box for the lighter but its better from the cig lighter

yes the power have to be in cigaret ligter and u have to find out what colors for the speakers are to match with the farness also there is 2 versions of radios in the car if u have one with amp then i dot thinkit will work there is a different harness and that one cost from 160 to 200 and with that noneu dont havetodo anything... my car radio have no amp so it works u also have to check if u have 4 speakers or 6 as the other version have 6 with the sub my is not hopoe it helps u

To Leo yes it is only way as its the regular harness for 20 or 30 dollars if u dont want to run in with the lighter then u have to buy harness that will cost u over 100 or even more thats why i run it like that, its the cheapest way to do it I dont have the car anymore but if anyone reading this i did that also on my passat wagon 2006 B6 and it works too

u mind have faulty harness but if u do it like i did in the video u should have sound as the wires are color so u match it with the after market radio and the powwer ac should connect to the cig lighter
