Horn not working on your Dodge Charger? First thing to look into would be horn fuse and horn relay which are both located in a fuse box under the front hood (engine compartment). ( 2011 | 2012 | 2013 | 2014 | 2015 | 2016 | 2017 | 2018 | 2019 | 2020 | 2021 | SE | SXT | R/T | LIMITED | HEMI | 3.6L ).

If fuse is good, you can always try replacing the horn relay with the one just next to it and see if that fixes it.
