The underneath of my dart doesn’t look like this, it’s a 2016 sxt California with touring and dual transmission. The underside is completely covered and there is a door for each of the fluids underneath. It looks like this dart had some things removed before the video, but even the parts look different and oil pan location. I wonder what trim model this is? Keep in mind the 2016 sxt is the same as the GT other than full accessory packages. SXT models below 2016 have the SXT emblem on the trunk and are not in the same tier as the 2016 SXT but actually two trim models lower than the GT. If this is a 2016 SXT a lot of things are missing.

I live in Texas and bought 5-20 by mistake.. After watching your video I decided to use 5-20 even though it recommends 0-20. For the summer time anyway. Thanks.

Oil filter trick Polk a hole in the bottom sumwhere and just let it drain,less messy

No! Just use the manufactures recommended oil specs and you'll be fine! I can't stress it enough, use the correct oil!

There is no 2.4l turbo, only 2.4l NA

If you have a 2.4 turbo its from a old Neon. They had a srt turbo

There was a reason Fiat Chrysler stopped selling this last version of the Dart and Chrysler 200 in the U.S. Slumping sales after numerous quality issues and mounting consumer complaints which is no surprise since this cars architecture and engine are Fiats, not Chryslers. This is the same reason the Fiat 500 is no longer sold here either. If your considering buying a Dart or 200 get the previous generation that had Chryslers 2.4, not Fiats and Chryslers four speed automatic which is easy and cheap to maintain plus it had a dipstick unlike this last generation that used the trouble prone and expensive to service and repair German ZF automatic transmission.

Steering wheel arrow until you see oil life, put the ignition to “run” only make sure it isn’t started, then hold the other arrow until it resets to 100%

Anyone who pays oil change shop anything more than $50 is getting robbed I usually pay $30 or so total for oil and filte
