Incredibly well done guide. I can tell you are an excellent mechanic. One question: so it doesn’t weaken the crankshaft to any worrying degree when you drill holes down through it?

Thank you for the complement. This will not weaken the crank shaft in any meaningful way; it is about the same amount of material that would have been removed had they made a key-way in the shaft initially.
