Nice to see your back! Since you have 2 viper diff's...maybe replace the pinion and ring gear with 3.55 or for that neck breaking lauch 3.73 from the stock 3.07 ratio.

Did you ever rebuild that Viper differential? Can't find any shops around that want to touch mine and thinking about diving into it as a first timer.

I did! I'm working on the video, but I bought a second diff, gave it some new parts, and installed it to get the Viper up and going. And I'm slowly doing a full rebuild on the original diff. Depending on what is wrong with your diff, it could be an easy fix, or a harder fix. Do you know what's wrong with yours? But I had the same problem with the shops around here--none of them wanted to touch it, so I jumped into it on my own and got the "new" diff in and working. And rebuilding the original will be a longterm project
