They just need it to be more organized on the way out of the parking lot...I believe it has been more congested because parking enforcement has shut down neighborhood streets on the way out...I remember taking backstreets and was faster getting out.

Farmer John used to make Dodger Dogs until a few years ago when they went out of business. So what the stadium would need is a manufacturer who can deliver huge quantities of better quality sausages, without giving the fans sticker shock. Probably won't happen any time soon unless they do something like partner with Costco or something.

Tearing down the existing structure would take months. Weeks if they ignore laws. Then they would have to build a new one in its place, which can take years. If you offset this by building in a new location, well, you'd need to find a site that isn't so far away that Angelenos would rather watch the game at home, and LA is crazy expensive now. For perspective, Dodger Stadium was built over 3 years. Now, some of that time was spent preparing the ground for the stadium and parking, but leveling and paving could be done in a few months.

Yes the Dodgers would need to relocate a season or two or three while the new stadium is built. Building the new stadium at the same spot is a must. But can you imagine if a new, top of the line, modern stadium and parking were constructed? Transportation improvements and all? It's gonna have to happen sometime.
