Seeing videos like this makes me very sad. I went to my first concert (dodie) earlier last year and had a really bad panic attack during she. This is the sort of thing I would love you see yet don't think I would ever be able to go to

Ellen Sa a couple of years ago I had a huge panic attack at a Taylor swift concert. For the year after that I would stand at the back during concerts because I got so anxious in the crowd - there was always a lovely supportive group down the back, many of them dealing with similar issues. After a couple of years of recovery from anxiety/depression I'm now fully capable of enjoying myself at a concert without panicking at all! I know a couple of years seems a long time but you're young and it will pass and things will get easier.
